Ms. Khổng Loan is the Founder and Principal of Spokesperson Training Vietnam, with the core mission to consult high-level executives and leaders on transforming into comprehensive corporate ambassadors through in-depth communication expertise. She firmly believes that a strategic communication mindset is an invaluable asset for any leader, enabling them to steer public opinion, connect values, and shape organizational culture.

Her profound experience in the media industry in over 22 years, including her role as Former Deputy Executive Managing Editor of Forbes Vietnam inspires her to spark meaningful conversations and a multi-faceted perspective, thus helping the leaders she advises craft transparent, insightful, and impactful messages.

She holds a Master of Arts in International Journalism from City University London (UK) and is an alumnus of the Program on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law at Stanford University (USA). This robust academic foundation solidifies her capability to mentor leaders with an international vision and strategic communication prowess.

Additionally, she currently hosts business and innovation content series such as TIME: Bloom Synergy and Thức Thời, where she engages in dialogues with leaders about value creation, trend-setting, and resilient adaptability in the new era.
